An SPF a day keeps the wrinkles away
I'm Nicola and I live outside of Edinburgh with my husband and two children Oscar and Ellie.
We love the outdoors, travelling around Scotland and are massive foodies. I use social media to share our family adventures around the places we love.
It’s so important to wear sunscreen all year around as there are always UV rays, even in winter.
When we aren't working or the kids aren't at school or nursery, we love a family staycation, day out at the beach or a visit to a local attraction. The kids are constantly outdoors playing with friends.
Before putting on our outfits for the day, I will apply sunscreen so we’re protected before stepping outside. I keep our sunscreen in a clear cosmetic bag on our days out and re-apply when needed.
If we are heading to the beach, I like to use the ‘Once a Day' range.
If I need to reapply, I will take the kids inside our UV pop up tent that we take on all our adventures.
