Unused items can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. As long as we receive the returned item unopened and in a re-sellable condition, we can offer you a full refund. We advise that the sender obtains proof of postage for the returned item. Please note that we can only accept returns purchased from our website. Shipping costs may be deducted from refunds depending on the reason for return.

Have you received my returned goods?
We will notify you via email once we have received your returned goods. If your return is for an exchange, we will send you a new order confirmation for your reference and confirm a date for dispatch and delivery.
I’ve returned my order, how long does it take for a refund?
We process refunds on the day that the return item is received by us. You will receive the funds in your bank account within 1-3 working days. The credit in your bank account will appear as ‘Qhorizons’.
