We provide standard delivery on all UK orders at a cost of £3.99. Express delivery costs £4.99 and international shipping costs £20.
Your order will be processed by our manufacturing facility located in Manchester, then dispatched by Royal Mail.
All orders can be delivered to the Channel Islands except for aerosol orders.
All standard deliveries will reach you within 2-3 business days, aside from severe weather conditions and exceptional circumstances. Some areas of the UK, such as remote parts of Northern Scotland, may take longer. If you opt for express delivery, then you will receive your order within 1 business day.
How to Return Items to Us
Changed your mind? No problem – unused items can be returned to us for free within 30 days of purchase. As long as we receive the returned item unopened and in a re-sellable condition, we can offer you a full refund. It is a good idea to obtain proof of postage when you send your item. Please note that we can only accept returns purchased from our website.

Have you received my returned goods?
We will notify you via email once we have received your returned goods. If your return is for an exchange, we will send you a new order confirmation for your reference, and confirm a date for dispatch and delivery.
I’ve returned my order, how long does it take for a refund?
We process refunds on the same day, and you will receive the funds in your bank account within 1-3 working days. The credit in your bank account will appear as ‘Qhorizons’.
