1. This promotion is open to selected Thomas Cook customers who receive and respond to an email invitation to use the Thomas Cook “Choose Your Favourite Sunbed” service.
  2. To be eligible to receive the email invitation, you must have booked a Thomas Cook pre-packaged holiday that includes accommodation at selected hotels offering Choose Your Favourite Sunbed. A list of applicable hotels is available at https://www.thomascook.com/holidays/choose-your-sunbed/ :

The qualifying holiday must have been booked via a Thomas Cook travel agency store or on www.thomascook.com and must depart between 1st June 2018 and 31st October 2018.

  2. Emails inviting selected customers to choose their favourite sunbed are sent out by Thomas Cook around 6 days before the scheduled holiday departure date. If you receive one of these emails, and you book one or more sunbeds (at a cost of £25 per sunbed for the duration of your holiday), you’ll receive a sunbed booking confirmation email containing a confirmation number and a link to a Calypsosun verification web page.
  3. On the Calypsosun verification web page you must complete a claim form with your email address, sunbed booking confirmation number and number of sunbeds booked, and submit this to Calypso. Calypso will then send you an email containing a unique redemption code and instructions on how to use that code on their website to order your free sunscreen.
  4. The closing date for receipt of claim forms is 31st October 2018.
  5. There are up to 4,300 bottles of Calypso sunscreen to give away under this promotion. When redeeming your voucher code on the Calypso website, you can choose from the following sunscreen products:

– Once A Day SPF30

– Once A Day Suitable for Kids SPF40

– Press & Protect SPF30

– Clear Protection Spray SPF30

You will be entitled to claim one bottle of sunscreen per sunbed booked.

  1. Your redemption code can only be used once, and it can only be used by the person who made the qualifying holiday booking and to whom the sunbed booking confirmation email was issued.
  2. Every effort will be made to ensure the free sunscreen is delivered to you within 2-3 days of receipt of your valid claim, but this cannot be guaranteed. Even if you submit your claim prior to travel, there is no guarantee that you will receive your sunscreen in time for the holiday booked to qualify for this offer.
  3. There is no cash or other alternative to the sunscreen offered under this promotion.
  4. Calypso reserve the right to supply an alternative product of equal value to the one claimed if it is out of stock or it cannot be supplied for any other reason beyond the control of Calypso.
  5. Thomas Cook accepts no liability for any Calypso product. Any assurance or guarantee given in relation to Calypso sunscreen products is given by Calypso and remains the responsibility of Linco Care Limited, trading as Calypso and Calypsosun.

Delivery Times

Your order will reach you within 2-3 business days, aside from severe weather conditions and exceptional circumstances. Some areas of the UK, such as remote parts of Northern Scotland may take longer.

As your order is being dispatched via FedEx, your parcel will require a signature. FedEx will email you on the morning your order is dispatched with a specific one-hour delivery window. If you decide that this time is not convenient, you can use email to simply change the delivery date.

If FedEx attempt delivery and no one is present, a card will be left at the delivery address and the item will be taken to the nearest FedEx depot. Using the details on the card you can contact the courier and request a second delivery attempt or collect the item from the depot. You can do this via the FedEx website or by contacting them on 01925 284430. For security reasons, they will not be able to leave the parcel without obtaining a signature. FedEx provides easy tracking with proof of delivery for your peace of mind.

How to Return Items to Us

Changed your mind? No problem – unused items can be returned to us for free within 30 days of purchase. As long as we receive the returned item unopened and in a re-sellable condition, we can offer a full refund. It is a good idea to obtain proof of postage when you send your item. Please note that we can only accept returns purchased from Amazon, QVC and our website.
